Unmanaged Directory

An administrator needs to take ownership of the directory for your organisation in the Microsoft Azure portal before you can access Octopus GKM.

If your organisation has an ICT department you should contact them for assistance.

If your organisation does not have an ICT department you should contact the company that set up your custom domain name for assistance. This is usually the company that manages your email and provides hosting for your website.

If you still have issues you can register for Octopus again, using an alternative email address from a public email provider (e.g. Gmail® or Yahoo!®). Please contact a Ricoh representative for assistance.

Important: Please ensure that the email address on the account you are trying to log in with matches the email address on the invitation we sent you. If you want to use a different email address, please contact a Ricoh representative for assistance.
